Terms of Service

These terms apply to Dogfood Digital LLC ("Dogfood Digital", "we", "us") and to anyone who uses dogfooddigital.com, requests a scan, calls us, books a callback, or reserves or buys a website build ("you"). By reserving a build you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

Dogfood Digital rebuilds small-business websites to our AA+ accessibility standard (WCAG 2.2 Level AA plus three automated AAA checks) and makes them readable by search engines and AI answer engines. The work is done by automated AI agent teams.

2. Free scan

We scan your homepage only, at no charge. Results are sent by email as a private, unindexed link, plus a Scan ID. The link stops working 45 days after the scan date. A scan is information about your site, not legal advice and not a certification. We do not scan sites in excluded categories (for example adult content).

3. Calls with Nico

Nico is an AI phone agent; it never claims to be human. Calls are recorded, and Nico says so at the start of each call; if you object, the call ends and we keep no more of your words. See our Privacy Policy, section 6, for how calls are handled.

4. Reservation ($50)

A build is reserved with a $50 payment through PayPal on https://dogfooddigital.com/reserve/. The $50 is not refundable in any case.

5. Price and when you pay the balance

Total price: $1,199 for a standard build ($50 reservation + $1,149 balance); $399 for a founders build, open to the first 1,000 reservations ($50 reservation + $349 balance); $249 for a nonprofit build once we confirm nonprofit status ($50 reservation + $199 balance). We charge the balance only after you sign off on a finished build that has passed its AA+ after-scan.

6. The build

We rebuild the whole site. Every live page address (URL) is kept or redirected. You review the build on a private staging address before it goes live. Revisions are unlimited within the rebuild, at no extra charge. We deliver only a site that has passed its WCAG AA+ after-scan; if it fails, we rebuild and scan again.

7. What we do not promise

We do not promise that a site is lawsuit-proof, certified, audited or legally compliant; any search ranking or AI-citation result; or a fixed build time.

8. Who we serve

We do not build for licensed professions: legal, medical, financial or insurance businesses.

9. Text messages (SMS)

When you book a callback on dogfooddigital.com, we send one text message with a one-time 6-digit code to the mobile number you enter, to confirm the number is yours. We text you only after you enter your number and tick the consent box on the booking form; consent is not a condition of any purchase. One message per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages to that number. Reply HELP for help, or email onboard@dogfooddigital.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We send no marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is at https://dogfooddigital.com/privacy/.

11. Ownership of the finished site is the owner of the URL.

We keep a copy of the site as a courtesy at no charge should the owner need to reinstall or modify the site.

12. Limits of liability

Dogfood Digital LLC does not assume any liability for its work once a customer has agreed to make final payment for the finished site. Customer agrees that all copy is reviewed by their counsel at their own cost. Any terms, privacy policy, refund policy, cookie policy or other policies must be reviewed by the customer's counsel or the customer may also assume liability for the published language. Dogfood Digital LLC is not a legal firm and only provides templates for customers to approve through their internal channels.

13. Governing law is the state of Florida USA.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version.
